Workspace hierarchy
Think Workspace → Projects → Environments. Each workspace maps to contractual billing whereas projects segment product lines internally.

Alerts
Hook into PagerDuty or Opsgenie using the webhook bridge—same payloads as /v1/meta/alerts/channel. Mock until GA banner clears.
